Jaddah’s Remedies – Natural DIY Weight Loss Drink

Try out this healthy detox/weight loss drink to shed pounds and quicken your metabolism!

Ingredients

– 2/3 cup boiling water
– 1 teaspoon honey
– 1 tablespoon sliced ginger
– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
– Juice from 1/2 lemon (about 1 1/2 tablespoons)

Directions

All you have to do is mix the ingredients together and microwave for about 30 seconds. Wait for it to cool to a comfortable temperature and drink!

    Please use fresh lemon one in the bottle done have the same effect as the fresh lemon,and if possible use a straw to drink citrus can damage the enamel of your teeth.drink first thing in the morning and before bed time.
