What You’ll Need
– 2 Ounces Cool Water
– Pourable measuring cup
– 5 drops oil
– 1/4 teaspoon tear free baby shampoo
– Container to put in your new eye-makeup remover
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in the measuring cup and pour into container. Place cap on and shake well. Shake well every-time you use it.
