Ingredients –

1. Turmeric

2. Water

Directions – 

Mix one table spoon of turmeric powder with an equal amount of water to make a thick paste.

Use the paste to brush your teeth gently for 3- 4 minutes.

Spit and rinse until the water coming out is clear repeat this regularly to achieve fast results.
